On two levels staggered by some steps. One bedroom with double bed. One living room with one double sofa bed. One small kitchenette corner. One bathroom with shower.

Terraces and Verandas
3 Terraces + 1 Veranda. A large brick flooring terrace at the same level as the bedroom, turns all around the outside area of the apartment to join the main entrance door, which on its turn is sheltered by a lovely small veranda. Close to the latter a nicely designed stair (please see the picture in the photo gallery) leads up to a terrace/solarium. From this position the view takes in the whole gulf at a glance. A larger veranda, placed in front of the living room, is furnished with table and chairs and surrounded by greenery (rosemary plants, a strawberry tree, dwarf junipers, butter bushes) and several species of flowers (wayfaring-trees, geraniums, hydrangeas, bougainvilleas, olive trees, oleanders, senegas).

Equipment
Hot/cold air conditioning in the 2 rooms (Daikin Perfera). Electronic safe box. Self-catering (full kitchenware). Double curtains. Fridge with freezer compartment. 3 gas and 1 electric burners hob. No washing machine. No dishwasher. SAT TV with international channels (40″, 3 cm thick, wall fit up Samsung TV set.). Outdoor furniture: wrought iron and solid wood table and chairs on the veranda and on the top terrace.

View
Sea view: from the bedroom, the surrounding terrace and from the upstairs terrace you can enjoy the astonishing view of Tavolara island, which stands out in the middle of Porto San Paolo gulf. Garden view: from the bedroom, living room, veranda, the surrounding terrace and upstairs terrace.

Description
This apartment is very nice and cosy with 3 terraces and 1 veranda. The dining/sitting room is small but well arranged. There is a small kitchenette corner with a handmade brickwork cooking top, carried out with the splendid “Cotto Il Ferrone” processed by antique wax. The walls around this corner are tiled with characteristic lozenges and small square tiles, hand made and hand painted with ancient designs by the prestigious “Richard Ginori” factory of ceramics. The area below the cook top is protected by hand made solid and heavy wood doors. In the living room is placed a comfortable sofa double bed. From here you can step outside to the veranda through a large sliding door equipped with full shatterproof glasses. The garden surrounding the veranda is a real explosion of variegated colours of local plants and flowers. From the living room, climbing a few steps, you reach the bedroom, furnished with a double bed from where you can also access to a wardrobe and to a bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom, through a wide glassed sliding door, you will be on another large terrace completely bathed in oleanders and bougainvilleas. The lighting of the apartment is specially arranged: halogen lamps of special design are pleasantly distributed on the ceilings and walls. 2 square down lights with blue led lamps, set in a niche above the sofa bed, release an extremely pleasant impression in the environment.

Bordering on
On its left hand side, in front and behind, the apartment has no adjoining structures. On its right hand side the unit borders with the apartment # 2. No other units are above or below.
